My idea!

 I placed my bed in a small clearing enclosed by a brick wall and trees/bush, so the area kind of mediates secrecy. I designed a sort of cover for my bed that would go with my theme of 'viewing' and would age with the surroundings. I've chosen cork for my 'solid' sections because I wanted a material that would have a similar texture to brick, so it wouldn't stand out too much and also because I didn't want to replicate it, I just wanted the essence of the brick wall (like Brancusi's 'Fish'!!) and the bushes, for example the patchiness and roughness.
